About us

Establishment of Energy Metal Craft LLC in 2011 was the next step in the specialization of the owners’ business activities, shifting from steel materials trading towards deliveries for the power energy and petrochemical sectors.

Over the last decade, we have transformed from trading standard steel materials, mainly seamless pipes, into the position of one of the main specialized suppliers of goods and services for projects realized in the power energy, chemical and petrochemical industries.

What distinguishes us is the ability to complete deliveries – our Customers appreciate our knowledge and experience, as well as our ability to analyze projects in terms of used materials and to solve problems.

Energy Metal Craft provides materials for production and assembly for the power energy, chemical and petrochemical industries.

We offer seamless and welded pipes, bends and elbows, reducers, tees, flanges and forgings, as well as other products in the full dimensional range of carbon and alloy steels and selected stainless steel grades.

We are a producer of pressure elements based on our own production facilities. The materials we use include carbon, alloy and stainless steels specified in ISO/TR 20172. The product range includes flanges, elbows, bends, tees, reducers and steel structures in compliance with KER, DIN, EN and ASME standards.

We perform NDT tests during the production process and, as a TÜV SÜD certified producer of pressure products, we issue certificates in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU and ISO 9001.

Conducted projects and gained experience have directed our development towards broadening the production base to include pressed fittings, machining and welding of non-standard elements.

Production

We produce pressed elbows, reductions, tees and caps and issue certificates in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU as a TÜV SÜD–certified manufacturer of pressure products. We are certified according to ISO 9001 and PED 97/23/EU.

Production based on mechanical machining enables us to deliver items such as flanges (welding neck, slip-on, socket weld, lap joint, threaded and blind) and forged fittings (tees, couplings, half-couplings, plugs, weldolets, threadolets, reduction insets, concentric and eccentric reductions, ellipsoidal and spherical caps, nozzles, thermocouples and items according to specified documentation).

We also produce welded elements and perform welding services using MIG/MAG and TIG methods. The range of materials includes carbon, alloy and stainless steel grades in accordance with ISO/TR 20172.

The product range covers flange pipes, segment elbows, tees, reductions and steel structures in accordance with KER, DIN, EN and ASME standards. Production is supervised by qualified welding personnel certified by the Polish Technical Office – UDT and the Institute for Welding – IS.

Wielkogabarytowe trójniki rurowe z oznaczeniami technicznymi, ustawione na drewnianej podłodze pojazdu transportowego z żółtą ścianą.

Dwa stalowe redukcje rurowe z widocznymi spoinami i oznaczeniami technicznymi, ułożone wewnątrz większego elementu rurowego.

Trzy duże stalowe trójniki rurowe o cylindrycznym kształcie, ułożone na kostce brukowej na tle zieleni w terenie zewnętrznym.

Dwa stalowe kolana rurowe o kącie 90 stopni z oznaczeniami technicznymi, ułożone na palecie na trawie.

Spawany pierścień stalowy z widocznymi szwami i oznaczeniami technicznymi, ustawiony pionowo na podłożu warsztatowym.

Duży stalowy trójnik rurowy o surowej powierzchni z widocznym spawem, ustawiony na posadzce hali produkcyjnej obok innych elementów rurowych.

Precyzyjnie obrobiona stalowa redukcja rurowa z wygrawerowanymi oznaczeniami technicznymi, ułożona na czarnym filcowym podłożu.

Obrobiony trójnik rurowy z metalu o kształcie litery T, z widocznymi oznaczeniami technicznymi, ułożony na czarnym filcowym tle.
